The Quack finishes are the smartest Sprites to chase — free Sprite Mastery rewards that each share 50% of their XP with every other Sprite in your match, snowballing the rest of your collection. You can’t pull them from chests; you earn them by mastering Sprites. There are 9 in all — 5 this season and four earlier elemental ones.

It’s a running total of mastered Sprites across your whole collection — not one Sprite’s level.
How to master a Sprite (the only way to earn Quack)
Mastering a Sprite takes two steps, and people miss the second one:
- Level it to Lv 5. Keep it equipped and earn level points — ~75 per container opened, ~200 per elimination, ~200 for extracting a duplicate. A Quack Snack (grabbed in-match) jumps a Sprite straight to Lv 5.
- Extract it while it’s at Lv 5. Walk up to an Extraction crate (or use a Portable Extractor) and extract — hitting Lv 5 alone doesn’t count, and if you’re eliminated before extracting, it’s lost.

What are Quack Sprites in Fortnite?
Quack is a special Sprite finish earned through Sprite Mastery — not pulled from chests. A Quack Sprite keeps its base ability and adds a bonus: Shares 50% of the XP it earns with every other Sprite in your match — levels your collection faster. Earned via Sprite Mastery rewards, not from chests. There are 9 in total: 5 in the current Override season (Adventure, Bush Ranger, Jonesy, Klombo and Spooky Dash) plus the four earlier elemental mastery-milestone Quacks (Water, Earth, Fire and Zero Point).
How do you get the Quack Sprites?
Every Quack is a Sprite Mastery reward — you can’t pull them from chests. “Mastering” a Sprite means leveling it to Lv 5 and extracting it; reach enough masteries and the Quack unlocks for free. Can you get Quack Sprites from chests?
